刚才帮朋友买了个godaddy的linux主机，结果现在godaddy太智能了，把我的主机自动分配到AP region亚太机房，我查了下IP为 203.124.113.1 ，这是新加坡的机房。新加坡机房离中国应该更近，速度也应该更快，可是事实却不容乐观。
Ping了一下测试结果令人大跌眼镜，ping的响应时间再400-1000ms之间，这个速度简直弱爆了。用站长工具：

值得注意的是，中国移动的线路到godaddy新加坡机房的速度却不错，但是电信却很差。我特意上传了一个文件，进行下载测速，结果更让人失望，下载速度竟然不到10KB/s，看图片：
看样子，只好取消亚太机房的主机，更换到美国机房去。
首先，先 cancel this account，然后写封信给 godaddy客服
support@godaddy.com 或者登陆后提交 TK，我是提交TK的方式，大致邮件内容如下：
Hello,
I bought one web hosting of "Hosting - Web - Economy - Linux - AP Region - 1 year (recurring) ip:203.124.113.1", but it is on AP region not US region.
I want to change my hosting region from Asia to US.
So I have cancelled my current hosting plan.
Please refund the money to my Godddy In-Store Credit.
My Call-in PIN: 1234

接下来等待godaddy客服把钱返回到你的In-Store Credit账户上。重新购买美国主机即可。说明下，退款到In-Store Credit，下次购买产品时，默认就可以使用账户里的余额进行付款了。
我发ticket的时候是美国时间早上5：30分左右，godaddy客服回信时间是8：30，三个小时回复，内容如下：
Dear B***,
Thank you for contacting Online Support. I have placed a store credit onto your account, which you can use to purchase a US hosting plan. I have placed an Economy Linux plan into your cart for you, so that all you have to do is checkout.
To Apply In-Store Credits to Purchases
Select a product, and then click Add To Cart.
Optional: Select any offers you want to add.
Review your shopping cart, and then click Continue to Checkout.
The Select Your Payment Method section defaults to In-Store Credit.
If the order total exceeds your In-Store Credit, select an additional payment method for the remaining balance.
Select that you have read and agree to the Universal Terms of Service, and then click Place Order Now.
NOTE: Credits are subject to the terms and conditions in our Universal Terms of Service. Credits can be applied toward a future purchase of any product or service.

在回复信里，godaddy客服已经帮我在购物车里放入了一个美国主机，我需要做的就是使用 In-Store Credit 余额付款，十分方便，购买好，可以看到已经切换到美国机房了：

用前面提到的ping工具测试，速度不错：
如果自己单独选择，如何购买美国机房里的主机呢？很简单，在链接地址最后面加上
adc参数，这个参数就表明要购买的主机位于哪个机房，欧洲为 eu 亚太为 ap 美国为 us：
